I did not expect the Arizona Republic endorsement, because we disagreed on just about every issue throughout the process. I am glad however to get their endorsement.

The Arizona Republic's endorsement stated:

Ruth McClung is the choice from among four candidates who show little depth. A political neophyte, the 28-year-old McClung says her top priorities are to balance the federal budget, pursue economic prosperity by helping small businesses and work for national and border security.
